A glimpse into the working waterfront of Portsmouth's South End neighborhood. This picture sure says a lot about the hardy character of these lobstermen. I particularly like the huge wall of traps and the various buoys and boxes covered in snow. Off in the distance you can see some of the old architecture along the waterfront, and the steeple of North Church just off to the right!

Eric is a fine art landscape photographer based in Lee, New Hampshire.
