Not every sunrise can be dramatic and full of color, but even on a cloudless morning there is still some interesting play of light well before the sun comes up. This scene caught my eye as I was driving through to Cape Porpoise, and I liked the way the still tidal waters reflected the pastel colors in the sky and the silhouettes of the old crooked trees.
Eric is a fine art landscape photographer based in Lee, New Hampshire. Over the last decade he has been actively pursuing the art of photography throughout most of New England, but is especially drawn to locations in his home state of NH. As a life-long resident, this gives a unique perspective on some of the more popular landmarks, and also some of those that can only be found off the beaten path.
